FY27 Funding & Partnership Request Form

This form is designed to allow Southwest DeKalb High School staff, sponsors, departments, teams, programs, and affiliated stakeholders to:

• Request financial support

• Request event partnership support

• Request alumni engagement support

• Submit projected FY27 needs for planning purposes

  
  

The information collected will help align resources, fundraising efforts, volunteers, and partnerships with the school’s projected needs and the Association’s three core pillars:

• Invest in the Students

• Advocate for the Community

• Engage with the Alumni
